Ismael Valenzuela is the Vice President of Threat Research and Intelligence at Arctic Wolf, where he leads advanced research focused on tracking adversaries, uncovering emerging threats, and helping organizations build proactive, defensible security strategies. Prior to his current role, Ismael was responsible for leading offensive and defensive security roles for Foundstone, Intel, McAfee and BlackBerry Cylance, among others, and founded one of the first IT security consultancies in Spain. Ismael has also served as an advisor to large government and private sector organizations, including the EU, U.S. government agencies and critical infrastructure operators in New York. Ismael is also one of the few holding the highly regarded GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification in the world. In 2025, Ismael is serving as a co-chair of a new advisory panel under the international Counter Ransomware Initiative (CRI), focused on enhancing public-private collaboration to combat ransomware through intelligence sharing, joint disruption efforts, and policy innovation. His work bridges technical depth and strategic vision, helping shape resilient cyber defense strategies across industries and governments worldwide.

Eric is a Director at LimaCharlie, focused on delivering a platform approach to Security Operations teams around the world. He is also founder and advisor to Recon InfoSec, a managed detection & response firm in Austin, TX. Previously, Eric served as a Cyber Warfare Operator for the Air National Guard and also built and operated multiple Security Operations Centers for public and private sector entities.

Stephen serves as an independent Security Consultant performing security assessments, developing information security programs and strategies, and creating remediation plans for select clients. He is also Co-Founder of Community of Practice, a Silicon-Valley-based membership organization for Engineering VPs and CTOs. Stephen has experience including building and leading worldwide teams and designing some of the world's largest Internet services.

Kati is a Product Manager at a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City and an independent Behavior Design, Methodology, and Analytics Expert. She has applied her diverse set of skills to creating, implementing and evaluating innovative security awareness programs for Fortune 100 companies. Likewise, she has assisted in creating effective social engineering tools and testing scenarios for penetration testing teams. Kati also has experience managing curriculum strategy and content development in psychology to information technology for both online and live instruction.

Davi Ottenheimer is a leading authority on post-quantum cryptography (PQC) transition strategy, helping enterprises navigate the shift from classical to quantum-resistant cryptographic infrastructure. As founder of Ottenheimer GmbH and creator of pqprobe — a quantum cryptography discovery and inventory management toolkit — Davi enables organizations across healthcare, financial services, aerospace, and the public sector to assess their cryptographic exposure and build actionable PQC migration roadmaps. Ottenheimer GmbH also delivers counter-drone strategy and trust engineering for critical infrastructure.

Davi's career in security spans three decades at industry giants — from delivering the first VMware-based remote desktop for IBM/RedHat in 1999, to protecting two billion users at Yahoo! during the mobile phone revolution, to pioneering regulated software security at MongoDB where he served as its first CISO. In 2006, Davi foresaw the future of IoT security, patenting the "PIN login" for devices, and he helped lead app-level key management standards. A decade later he delivered field-level encryption for NoSQL databases.

Throughout his career, Davi has emphasized the intersection of technology, ethics, and human behavior.

Justine is the Executive Director of the Crypto ISAC, the crypto industry's dedicated ISAC focused on cyber threat intelligence and information sharing within the crypto industry. Previously, Justine was CEO of MedSec, CPO at Redjack, and CEO of Immunity, Inc. Justine also serves as a member of HP’s Security Advisory Board, is a member of BlackHat’s USA CISO Summit and Briefings Review Board, and is an advisor to several technology startups.

Lisa Perdelwitz brings over 20 years of global leadership and cybersecurity expertise. She is the Founder and CEO of Ligilo, a leadership consultancy, is a Board Advisor for the Cyber Resilience ISAC (CR-ISAC), and serves part-time in the Air National Guard. Lisa has led global security organizations, advised C-suite executives and boards on managing cybersecurity risk, shaped federal policies, and developed multinational cyber defense and warfare strategies. Throughout, she consistently focuses on creating competitive advantage by developing and investing in leaders who build resilient, high-performing tech teams and cultures.

Adam is a leading expert on threat modeling, and a consultant, expert witness, author and game designer. He has decades of experience delivering security. His experience ranges across the business world from founding startups to nearly a decade at Microsoft.

Beyond consulting and training, Shostack serves as an advisor to a variety of companies and academic institutions, and as an Affiliate Professor at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington.

Chris Hetner is a Senior Executive, Board Director, and leader in Cybersecurity recognized for raising cyber risk to the Corporate Board level in order to protect industries, infrastructures, and economies. He creates operational resilience by aligning robust Cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. Mr. Hetner’s professional judgment combined with a public company perspective and SEC regulatory and investor oversight experience has led to his success in corporate and government roles. Currently, he is an Expert Advisor to the Institute for Defense Analyses (US Dept. of the Treasury), the Special Advisor for Cyber Risk for the NACD, and a National Board Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Identifying potential risks and initiating solutions that can be replicated across industries is a hallmark of his career.
